My name is Nelly-Pat Jemea Nganje.... I'm 20years old....and I am passionate about growth, service and leadership. I believe leadership is not only about titles or achievements but about consistency, impact and helping others grow.

I have intentionally worked on developing myself personally through conferences, symposiums, volunteering, and networking opportunities. These experiences have shaped my mindset and strengthened my desire to contribute meaningfully to society.

What defines me most is my willingness to serve and positively influence people around me. I believe leadership is rooted in humility, communication and inspiring others through actions, even in small ways.

Although my leadership journey hasn't been easy, they're some days the challenges I faced are larger than the impact I'm trying to create but then giving up has never been an option. Because I've found purpose in Leadership.

I may not yet have major awards or public achievements but I believe leadership also recognizes potential, resilience and growth.

I'm still learning, still growing and still becoming the leader I aspire to be.

This recognition would motivate me to continue making meaningful impact in my community and beyond.
